A house for sale consisting of three lots centered around a symbol tree and wooden deck. The community and private zones are clearly demarcated by the layout of the buildings and car spaces, as well as by the ingenious planting plan. The wooden deck under the large tree connects the three lots, creating a natural interaction among the residents, while the private garden maintains a moderate sense of distance, allowing residents to spend time together in a relaxed atmosphere. By having two gardens that residents can use according to their mood, they can nurture relationships among neighbors.
