This detached house has three courtyards; the first one in the entrance, the second one in the living room, and the third one at the back, with a complete openness and luminosity between them. There are terraces on the front and at the back, towards the street and towards the courtyards. The ground floor, first floor and upper floor communicate by ramps and a central staircase, which is lit from the top floor by a series of windows, giving them the character of conforming elements and foyer of different rooms.
