A former Russian border guard building that is renovated for accommodation. One of the easternmost border points of the former Soviet Union on the East Coast of Estonia, the building is situated on a beautiful coastal reserve. The object is located rather far from inhabited places and thus it is hard to gain access. For that reason, construction of any kind on the object is quite difficult and expensive. Hence, the renovation project had to be well-thought-out and easily accomplishable. The entire building complex is designed with the purpose being to enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the coast.
