A beach house that belongs to a development of six houses in the coastal community of Santa Elena El Tule, Oaxaca. The design took advantage of the existing foundation of a previous project that was not completed. The plot has a view towards the sea, filtered by dense vegetation and some spread-out houses. The project has two faces, one completely open to the sea and from where the whole program can be deduced, and another completely delimited by a white wall, with small openings in the lattice pattern that allow the flow of wind and at the same time give the area privacy.
