10 DESIGN has been appointed as the master planner and lead design architect for the Contemporary Area within the larger Al Seef Development. The Contemporary Area has activated approx. 670m of the Dubai Creek waterfront with boutique food and beverage, retail, hospitality and marina amenities over a total GFA of 85,000m2. The site has been developed in 2 phases, which have been constructed as Phase 1 and Phase 4 of the wider Al Seef Development. Ph1 accommodates the F+B, Marina and Retail spaces, whilst Ph4 accommodates the hospitality component and F+B along with car parking for both phases.
