Shenzhou Peninsula Planning Area

The project is situated at Dahuanling area of Shenzhou Peninsula, Wanning City, and covers a total area of 27036.74㎡. POF divided the site into a south and north area where the residential area and commercial plaza respectively will be located within. Residential buildings were designed in a checkerboard-pattern layout, with courtyards of appropriate scale dotted in-between. Each residential building boasts a good outdoor view. The overall planning and design of the project features a clear layout and practicality, which will bring a unique living and consumption experience for urban people.
