I Yu In Soul, the local-based experimental clothing brand which aims to serve a diverse group of customers, has just completed opening their flagship store in the CBD in Hangzhou, Qian Jiang New Town. Last year, Design Hub was invited to join the work of reinventing and modifying the interior space of the store. The effective communication between design and commercial products became the core of our practice. Before the renovation, both indoor foyer and atrium had stairways leading to the second floor and mezzanine, which interlaced with multiple spaces, creating chaotic traffic flows.
