London Wall Place, a joint venture development between Brookfield Properties and Oxford Properties, is a new destination in the City of London where the public realm is central to its success. The 2-acre commercial campus comprises two buildings clad in elegant bands of concrete and dark blue ceramic overlooking a multi-layered 1-acre public park featuring ancient ruins and elevated ‘highwalks’. 1 London Wall Place is the new HQ for global asset managers Schroders and provides 310,000ft2 over 13 floors and 9 roof terraces; 2 London Wall Place is a 17-story, 190,000ft2 multi-let building.
