A patriarch dreams to build a home in which he, his wife, and his four children’s future families will reside. To create a structure where each home can be experienced autonomously and as a component of a larger network, the program is organized into a necklace whose gems consist of five distinct homes and two shared pavilions. A circular walkway overlooking the courtyard connects each gem and is lined by a walnut wooden wall that morphs into functional ribbon-like objects between the two pavilions. The residence’s exterior is wrapped in mirror glass to make it disappear into the site, as per the client's vision.
