The location, on the southern slope of the Sierra del Sistema Central, with views over the southern plateau, determines how the building opens to the environment. It is organized in two levels to leave more free space for recreation and also to facilitate the separation of uses and routes. The administrative dependencies and server spaces are located on the ground floor. The teaching spaces, with the best sunlight and views over the landscape, are located on the first floor. The basement-chamber remains empty, regulating the air temperature of the entire building.
