The refurbishment of the façade and common parts of this office tower is a symbiosis of interior and exterior design that creates a calm and quiet oasis in the centre of Wan Chai. Outside on the street is noise, activity, a confusion of bars, taxis, tour buses, and all that makes Wan Chai the hive of activity that makes it unique in Hong Kong. The new façade and foyer space allows the user to take refuge from all that is happening inside and take a few moments in the refined and serene before entering the elevators.
