412W15th St is an urban office campus consisting of a new, 18-story tower on 15th St linked to a renovated landmark district building at 413-419 W14th St. Collectively, these structures form a 250,000 SF complex with flexible workspaces and communal indoor/outdoor environments. Responding to the vibrant spirit of the Meatpacking District, this project harmonizes with and enhances its urban context. The office tower’s sleek façade of glass and sculpted metal gracefully compliments the adjacent historic structure on 14th Street and reflects the surrounding architecture of lower Manhattan.
