Emerson College’s new 18-story, 90,000-sf, 375-bed residence hall, located near Boston Common, meets a critical need for on-campus housing, while giving its creative students inspired spaces for community and connection. The residence hall incorporates the facade of the Ancient Landmark Building, an eclectic combination of Queen Anne and Romanesque revival architecture. Residence options include suites, singles, doubles, and triples. One of the hall’s defining design features is its five common rooms dispersed throughout: The Patio, The Flytower Lobby, The Kitchen, Odd Fellows, and The Loft.
