Located on an alley off one of the busiest roads in Taipei City, EP-Books provides a cozy space for people to relax. Combining bookstore, performing space, and coffee shop, the designer tried to explore every different way to make a bookstore not just a bookstore. The core design concept is “nature”. Behind EP-Books is a quiet park, the designer designed openable windows toward the park, which not only made the whole space well-ventilated but also brightened it with plenty of natural light.
