A medium-sized rental building in an urban area, this is the headquarters of THK Corporation, whose business is in base isolation devices: state-of-the-art earthquake-proofing systems. This building installs their products and acquires high base isolation performance. Therefore, the structural advantage offered by the base isolation devices enables the design to minimize the upper structure frame and realize an open working space and environmental control facade. Through this headquarters project, we materialized the high values of real estate and the design in order to promote the corporate identity.
