A park replacing Park Ave. is appealing, but with the tunnels below any improvement would be best if it barely touched the ground. Floating 10 stories above the street, the inflatable lighter-than-air FLOAT PARK is the solution to this site, like a very High Line! Titanic-sized dirigibles once floated massive payloads across the seas. It’s a simple matter to Float a Park above Park Ave. Part Macy’s Parade, part Cedric Price Fun Palace, FLOAT PARK is all the fun Park Ave. isn’t. Above the noise & traffic, waving to the office workers, FLOAT PARK is the answer to the buttoned-down world below.
