The project occupies three parcels of land with various programmes, including four high-rise office towers, a high-rise apartment building and a multi-functional commercial and convention complex. The podiums offer clubhouses, retail, F&B outlets, banks and entertainment. The design simulates the concept of an oasis, aiming to accentuate its relationship to the surrounding greenery, and guaranteeing maximum permeability to facilitate public access. The design encourages users to explore the spaces within while echoing its exclusive commercial auxiliary facilities and high-end apartments.
