The client, who has the business as makeup and flora design, owns the studio in this design plan, located at the foot of Baguashan Scenic Area in Changhua City. Specifically favoring the vintage and natural style, in memory of their grandfather and grandmother the client renovated their old sanheyuan into the private studio. For the remaining client’s wishes — the old house spirit “coming back home” — the designer was determined not to over-decorate and therefore to preserve the complete genuine architectural style as the traditional architecture in the southern area of Fujian Province.
