Our project “CODE of HAPINESS. Penthouse 23/77” is a real villa with its own resort on the roof of a high-rise building. The idea of the Penthouse is a never-ending stream of impressions in the conditions of exceptional comfort for a large family and guests. Before redevelopment, it was an under-roof space on the 23rd level. This was added to the general L-shaped layout of the interior. All the technical shortcomings of the roof turned into advantages in interior design and assigning the quality of the absolute individuality to the object. The Penthouse impresses deeply thanks to its architect.
