Originally two separate lots, this beachfront property was converted into a single residence, presenting the challenge of accommodating two opposite unique architectural structures and transforming the space between them into a whimsical environment for the homeowners. As avid art collectors, displaying the client’s art pieces was a prominent component. MSA worked with artist/sculptor Brad Howe in creating the water wall fountain. One of the more unique features on the site has to be the large aquarium separating the pool from the cabana’s basement game room.
