This apartment was originally for a family who had children, but as time passes the family´s neccesities and priorities changed. We made a whole new project with this space eliminating spaces that were no longer in use like their childrens bedrooms. We create a very spaces areas like a family room, master bedroom and separate bathrooms for her and for him. The apartments family room serves as a very nice social area as it has a lot of space. Also the client is a wine collector so we focused on creating a top range wine cellar.
