X-ROOM is the office of a large IT company. The client hoped to create a space where people can enjoy work and life. The 1F occupies 55 sqm but provides a multiple functional areas, for displaying, negotiation, leisure and executives’ offices. The artistic show window utilized of terrazzo, the glass curtain wall, the large-scale staircase and the specular stainless steel, makes the space full of changes and levels, relieves the discomfort caused by the low ceiling visually. The 2F occupies 295 sqm, where a transparent bar area was designed, enabling the staff to better enjoy leisure time.
