This commercial building planning case is based on "The decline of young consumer shopping districts in an attempt to revive old business districts" as a design starting point. In the past a vibrant and dynamic business district, over the years, old buildings and aging environment, compared to more emerging business activities did not enter business district development and management, making old business district has gradually declined concerns.
