Maison Manuvie, a 27 floor AAA LEED-CS Gold office tower, satisfies the demands of today's work environments and stands out for its transparency and audacious structure which generates open and flexible spaces. The lobby’s curtain walls have been specifically designed to allow the staging of a grandiose and luminous atrium, open to urban life. The clever layout of an aerial parking lot (levels 2 to 7) provides breathtaking views of the city to the office spaces above. The sober and revealing crown signals a prestigious new presence in the Montreal skyline.
