Jinniu Hotel is the core of Guobin district which locates in Northwest part of Chengdu city. This project come up with a goal of creating leisure and slow lifestyle, high residential facilities and high quality. To achieve this, refine methods are raised including public facilities, space, and image. As for public facilities, methods covers replenishing community facilities, adding international facilities and building a 15-mins life circle. For enhancing public space, creating a green-blue infrastructure, leading connotation of west culture and building active green spaces are included.
