The project is located at the entrance to the city, at the front of a large residential area under construction. A design by-law governs architectural rules, including the use of tile roofs. The architect has integrated this principle into the project by drawing inspiration from the architecture of the old farms of the region with their enclosures of stone walls from which the roofs of the buildings emerge.
