The location of the project contributes to recreating an urban grid, repurposing large abandoned industrial site. The project proposes a single program, extending to the boundaries of the building line, around a central garden, which is open, airy and diverse. It has 170 apartments for sale and 37 social housing units. The emergence of tall constructions serves the quality of the flat units: the upper parts of the project provide an opportunity to introduce individuality in an apartment building, while also providing a clear view of the cityscape.
