This project has three vertical volumes. It has 97 apartments for sale and 55 social housing units. All three buildings are linked together at different levels with bridges, making a functional whole. The façades facing North, toward the canal, are cladded in smooth and simple materials. Inside the lot, to the South, planted balconies and terraces are sculpted into the volumes, providing each apartment with intimacy and planted environments. The rooftop terraces on the two lower buildings were designed like a town square (barbecue, solarium, vegetable garden) to encourage people to socialize.
