This building is located in the settlement of Grbalj on the main road, in the vicinity of Tivat Airport in Montenegro. The design concept emerged from the need to create a world of its own within the chaotic urban matrix. The simple form is like a visual barrier to the exterior within which a micro-climate and micro-ambience is created. The emphasis in the interior-exterior is a green oasis consisting of a ''green wall'', reflecting pool and sculptural element with a cascade of water. Distinction from the surrounding influences is achieved by using “house within the house” principle.
