The housing complex designed by us includes 53 apartments. The plot is currently occupied by disused workshops that will be demolished and replaced by a residential building. The two cladding materials – stone and brick – are the same colour, namely the natural colour of the stone. The cladding of the window frames and the undersides of the lintels matches the main sections of the building. The outer corners are clad with suitable monolithic components. The ground level is faced with stone whose colour and appearance closely resemble the facade of the adjoining building.
