In order to promote the use of the top floor of the Ibaraki Prefectural Government Building, "visitor / meeting / business / relaxation" has been established, a space plan with different atmospheres for day and night, integrated use of space was required. we planned a landscape with generous location such as sandy beach along the coast where users can spend various time while enjoying the scenery. I hope that a new landscape that blends into the sky and the horizon will make Ibaraki Prefecture a great place to stay.
