Featuring the 1925 hull of the Iona, this tiny retreat is all about joy - joy in reclaimed materials steeped in history, joy in watching the river go by, and joy in shape, space and proportion. Measuring just 48m/2 including the hull, this self contained home explores the challenge of object in architecture, the marriage of new and old, and satisfies our need for materiality, refuge and delight in our spaces, while raising the question: "How much is enough?".
