Xi’An Vanke Center is a 250 meter tall mixed-use tower locates in the High-Tech Zone of Xi’An. This project rethinks about the program and spatial experience of a typical super-tall tower and as a result, it leads to a design which consists of multiple spatial attributes. Diverse and interesting spaces in the air are created, including “Sky Ballroom”, “Cloud Conference Hall”, “Floating Showroom”, “Green Atriums”, etc. Users, residents, or visitors will find a captivating journey rather than a regular experience while visiting this unique sky-scrapper.
