Located in Chicago, Optima Signature is 57 stories with 490 apartments, featuring views of Lake Michigan to the east and the city in all other directions. Signature has a geometrically simple and clean architectural vocabulary with a straightforward use of materials, in contrast to the historic buildings nearby. Above the podium, Signature wraps the residential levels in a transparent green glass. Deep slots are made in the curtainwall of the tower to announce the change of use from residential to amenity levels.
