Cavatina Hall is a multifunctional building located in Bielsko-Biała at the intersection of Dworkowa and Sempołowska streets. The building consists of an office and entertainment area. In the spectacular part there will be a concert hall for 1000 people. And the body of this building function will take an organic shell-like form. An office and service space of over 9 100 sq m will be commissioned in the six-storey commercial part. Large green terraces will also be available to tenants. In addition, a high-class recording studio is planned in the facility.
