The Innovation Hub is a multi-purpose business centre which comprises two buildings: the new Business Centre and the restored Administration block linked together by a restored walkway. The Business Centre replaces an old factory but it preserves the original north-west wall. It spreads on two floors with interlinking units and an underlying basement. The design of the new block is simple but functional, in order not to compete with the features of the existing building. The result shows a harmonious combination between past, preserved and reborn, and present, efficient and well integrated.
