Kunming,a city with rich historical and humanistic endowments, enjoys picturesque natural sceneries. Dian Lake inside Kunming has long been known as the “Pearl of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plataea”. The Bay NO.8 Sales Center is adjacent to Dian Lake in the west. RWD, based on the sceneries of the lake, makes use of natural rocks and materials to construct spaces, and renders the sales center a new function as an “artistic library”. The sales center, by integrating life, art, reading and business, is an embodiment of the co-existence of nature and commercial development.
