The proposal serves as an exploration of the H.L. Green building’s existing form, material composition, circulation in the intersection, and promotion of a micro lung area on-site. Communia Library will serve as the first step to revitalize the sense of the community in the block and will collaborate in reducing the Green House Gas emissions from the Downtown Atlanta area.
