The first historical house built with the concrete material in Jeddah city, Saudi Arabia called "Zainal House". Zainal house needed a new expansion, including a new venue for an art gallery and contemporary performance. The design proposes a new overlay of renovation and green goals. With regard to sustainability, the building performance is evaluated based on the USGBCE LEED Rating System for existing buildings to be internationally registered as the first LEED-certified historical building in Saudi Arabia.Zainal house is renovated to be the new headquarters of The Saudi Commission of Tourism
