The fast-growing pace of developing countries has significantly reduce the space for parks and green belts in cities, thus shrinking or decreasing drastically in size, the outdoor playing spaces for children. This design attempts to resolve the lack or increasing shortage of green areas by creating a double-deck or second-floor humanity space in the city, to allow people and cars to move separately in two planes or layers, with an emphasis on the people-oriented cities, with developed city bicycle parks.
