Global Office Park is being built at the intersection of Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki Streets, in Katowice. The complex will consist of two office and service towers and one residential tower set on a common five-storey podium, in which - in a gallery layout - there will be catering and service premises. The 25-storey office towers will house 60,000 sq m of a space for work. The residential tower will have over 670 apartments. The complex will also include a classic office building with over 4,000 sq m. of work area. Greenery and relaxation zones will be available on an area of almost 2.3k sq m.
