ChuangYuan Tower combines office, hotel, and supporting facilities in a podium-tower complex. Conceptualized as a spiraling ‘Green Deck’, the podium seamlessly integrates the building with its environment. The ‘Green Deck’ skilfully splits the project with the office sitting above and the hotel and its associated facilities below. With that gesture, the public can enjoy the open space on the deck without comprising the privacy of the components. This harmony between people, nature, and architecture defines the project as an elegant, sculptural, and iconic building in Nanjing Tech Park.
