It is located in Wenzhou of China and positioned as a TOD project. Different from the conventional design of sales center layout, it is planed as a settlement to create a diversified future community space. The commercial part is composed of square, courtyard and commercial street. The project creates a bustling road home which can keep out the rain for residents by corridor from MRT to lobby and basement parking. The project not only refers to the comfortable leisure and shopping environment of community, but also provides perfect public square and drives the development of surrounding areas
