The project is located in the municipality of Rezé in a low density area with a neighborhood composed mainly single houses. The plot accommodates a house built in the 30s which is adjoining and symmetrical to a attached house. These two attached houses constitutes a built complex that seems to be a single individual house. Only a careful lecture of the facades can reveal the duplicity of the dwellings : the presence of the fence that separates the two street yards or the exits of the chimneys on the roof, that are located in the middle of the volume instead of being on one of the gables.
