Following the completion of Yibin High Speed Rail Station in 2019, a construction of a new city began. The masterplan includes residential, commercial and cultural developments, providing essential needs of modern urban life. 1km long Central Park lies in the centre of the masterplan. QUAD has designed a 3D urban green spline connecting the station to surrounding developments and allowing residents to access the nature freely. Visitors can appreciate plant species in Botanical gardens and wetlands all year long while local residents can enjoy activities in public plazas and sports facilities.
