Rawhiti Estate is a bespoke retirement village founded on a transformational care model that is delivering unprecedented health and wellbeing outcomes, whilst allowing residents to enjoy their later years, pass on their experiences, and learn new things. Rawhiti comprises a carefully woven interplay of communal and personal spaces configured around a green spine, the centerpiece being the atrium winter garden - envisaged as a ‘theater of unlimited possibilities’ delivering an active program of events and activities that foster interactions between residents, families, and the wider community.
