As an attempt to de-marginalize the intersections of multiple cities at the urban fringe, the project maximizes landscape value by applying the relationship of seeing and being seen to the considerations of site planning. Continues aerial passages connected in series between office towers, lake water penetrating into the site to form an island-shaped shoreline, the project provides a viewing opportunity for both office workers and residents. The irregular building shapes and the central landscape axis penetrate the project itself into part of the landscape, giving vitality to the urban fringe.
