Laconic facades made of brick and white stone, sharp-angled gables, clinker tiles and panoramic glazing describe the architecture of comfort-class residential complex "Minipolis Dyvnoe", for which ”Studio-TA” chose the Dutch style. Residential quarter's authors' handwriting reflects an idea of a comfortable space for life. It provides a variety of planning solutions for flats, visual and stylistic separation of residential and non-residential areas, location of a kindergarten and a primary school, creative workshops, commercial premises, and design of “yard without cars".
