DAYLIGHT SHAPED / PEOPLE CENTERED / REVERSED SUNFLOWER Designed by light, designed for people and designed for energy ambition; The Lighthouse is designed and built as an inspirational info centre marking the transformation of a worn-down high-tech zone.It is the first zero carbon building in China, built to reach super low energy consumption below 25 kWh/㎡/Y - with remaining energy load will be offset by photo voltaic panels. But beyond the technical performance is the intention to be a place of wellbeing, good comfortable natural daylight, durable materials and indoor environment.
