Designed along the old grown Olive & Citrus trees, the tangential quadrilateral organized walls open to the south to benefit of passive solar gains. The walls to the north-west act as protecting shields against the predominant north-west winds. The sun radiation is calculated exactly according to the bioclimatic study. Specially designed roof overhangs and strategic placed vertical shading elements, passively regulate the indoor temperature. The use of natural materials such as wood and clay, also contribute to the energy performance of the house. A natural swimming pool leads to living space.
